Feat: Seasonal Mage (General)
Unlike most Arcane spellcasters, your magic is very closely associated with the seasons and nature. Why this happens is unknown, but occasionally happen it does.
Prerequisite: Arcane spellcaster
Benefit: Pick one of the four seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. When it is that season in your game world, all of your spells gain a bonus as if you were 2 levels higher than you actually are. However, during the opposing season (spring/autumn, summer/winter) you are treated as having 1 less level than you actually do.
